The Corfu International Airport (CFU) serves the island of Corfu at Kerkyra in Greece. Also referred to as Ioannis Kapodistrias International Airport, CFU provides domestic flights as well as charter flights. Right outside the airport are taxis and buses ready to transport tourists to other parts of the region. Taxi rate from the airport to Corfu City (which is about three kilometers) is around 10 euros. CFU has restaurants, bars, and duty-free shops. Mondays and Fridays on this airport are the busy days since most packaged holiday flights are on these days.
