Monarch Airlines will provide assistance whenever possible to passengers traveling with young children. The fare for children under the age of 12 is the same as the adult fare on all Monarch flights. Infants can travel on their parents' laps with the use of an extension seat belt and will be seated in seats with extra drop down oxygen masks in the event of an emergency. The luggage allowance for an infant is 10kg/22 lbs. Wheel chairs, strollers and car seats are transported for no additional charge.

Passengers traveling with small children are strongly encouraged to check-in early for their flight and to pre-book seats to ensure they can be seated with their child. Monarch does not provide in-flight meals for infants, but parents may bring the infant's food on board and the crew will be happy to assist with heating baby food or bottles if needed. All Monarch aircraft provide diaper changing areas on-board in at least one of the restrooms.

Monarch Airlines no longer offers assistance for children traveling alone. Escort service for unaccompanied minors has been discontinued. All passengers under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by an adult age 16 years or older. Infants must be accompanied by a parent or an adult over the age of 16 years.
